{"id":2519,"date":"2013-08-05T09:56:45","date_gmt":"2013-08-05T09:56:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amphoreus2.gr\/?p=2519"},"modified":"2023-07-31T12:02:03","modified_gmt":"2023-07-31T12:02:03","slug":"avgolemono-soup-with-fish","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amphoreus.com.gr\/en\/avgolemono-soup-with-fish\/","title":{"rendered":"Avgolemono Soup with fish"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin: 0 0 20px 0;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.amphoreus2.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/oldsite\/cache\/catalog\/blog\/ffee2447b152494b43d9816faaea83c8_XL-600x315.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<p><strong>3 tbsp Amphoreus extra virgin olive oil<\/strong><br \/>\n2-3lb various white fish<br \/>\n6 tbsp pudding rice<br \/>\n2 potatoes, peeled<br \/>\n3 carrots, peeled<br \/>\n3 sticks celery<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic<br \/>\n2 large onions, peeled<br \/>\n1 glass white wine<\/p>\n<p>For the Avgolemono Sauce:<br \/>\n2 eggs<br \/>\n1 \u00bd lemons, juice of<br \/>\nSalt &amp; freshly ground pepper<br \/>\nInstructions<\/p>\n<p>Clean and salt the fish.<br \/>\nPlace all the vegetables in a large saucepan and arrange the fish on top. Cover with the water, wine and olive oil, then boil gently for \u00bd an hour.<br \/>\nDiscard the vegetables and fish.
