Ingredients
500g Greek Feta Cheese
350ml Amphoreus Extra Virgin Olive Oil
tsp freshly ground black pepper
½ tsp dried Greek oregano
1 bay leaf
Olives & Traditional Pita Bread to serve
Instructions
Cut feta into 2cm cubes and place in a large, shallow dish.
Mix together the oil, pepper, oregano and bay leaf and pour over the feta.
Cover and refrigerate over night.
Because refrigerated oil becomes cloudy it is best if you remove the feta an hour before serving.
