Ingredients:
1 ½ kilo chicken
1 kilo peas
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
2 carrots
4 tomatoes
½ bunch dill
½ teacup Amphoreus olive oil
Salt, pepper
Preparation:
Cut the chicken in chunks. Finely grate the onions, the garlic and the tomatoes. Warm up the olive in a pot. Sauté the chunks on both sides till they become golden brown. Add the onions, the garlic, the tomatoes and the sliced round carrots. Simmer for 15 minutes and add the peas; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Continue simmering for 30 more minutes till the food remains with its own sauce.
