Ingredients
Cubed Lamb
Traditional Greek Pita Bread
Fresh Houmous
Marinade Ingredients:
2 tbsp Amphoreus Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Cup of Greek Style Yoghurt
1 tsp Amphoreus Honey
2 tsp Harissa paste
½ Garlic bulb – crushed
Lemon Juice
Cumin
Paprika
Black Pepper
Instructions
Mix all the Marinade Ingredients together
Add the cubed lamb to the marinade and mix well
Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours
Remove from the fridge and skewer up the lamb
Grill the skewered lamb for 8-10 minutes or BBQ on indirect heat, lid down, for 15 minutes
Remove from the heat and stand covered for 10 minutes
Unskewer the lamb and pile onto a large plate
Serve with warmed pita bread and fresh houmous
